Hotel Brisas Guardalavaca is National Vanguard

Increase the number of repeaters, the fact of efficiently carrying out activities according to the 2017 International Tourism Fair and the increase in customer satisfaction rates; they were elements that earned the Brisas-Guardalavaca hotel to be recognized with the condition of collective Vanguardia Nacional.

This recognition is due to a process of high rigor that starts from the fulfillment of an efficiency and quality plan within which this installation was involved, thus legitimizing the work carried out by these men and women.
The event was chaired by Annia Gonzales Pino, Member of the Secretariat of the Central Workers of Cuba in the territory and Karelia Fernàndez Pèrez, General Secretary of the Provincial Union of Hospitality and Tourism.

Investments Expand Commercial Services in Holguin

Obras por más de 16 millones de pesos en valores invirtió en lo que va de año el Grupo Empresarial de Comercio y la Gastronomía de la provincia de Holguín, como parte de las labores destinadas a mejorar los servicios en esas ramas en el oriental territorio.

Iver Peña, director de inversiones y desarrollo de esa entidad destacó que los trabajos en esa área se concentraron fundamentalmente en la remodelación y ampliación de las instalaciones que funcionan como restaurantes, cafeterías, bares y pizzerías.

Inauguration of Works in the Municipality of Calixto García

To celebrate the 179th anniversary of the birth of Major General Calixto García, in the municipality of the same name, a series of works of great social benefit for the inhabitants of the westernmost territory of the province of Holguín were inaugurated and renovated.

With the presence of Maritza Salas Gé, member of the Provincial Bureau of the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC) and Gertrudis Bejerano Tamayo vice-president of the Government, a family doctor's office was opened in the Villa Magalis community, a mini-terminal for the transfer of passengers to the Popular Council San Agustín de Aguará and the Multimat El Proyecto, a store dedicated to the sale of materials for construction.

In the latter will be sold from accessories for electrical and hydraulic installations to blocks, tanks to store water, tiles, sand, gravel and other products and accessories required in homes.
