Regarding the fulfillment of the entrance plan to the pedagogical careers, although progress has been made in attracting students through the creation of the Pedagogical College, forecasts and training plans have not yet been fulfilled, particularly in technical specialties.
Technical and Vocational Education will be favored this year, since it projects the entry of 16 584 students, a figure corresponding to the demands made by the different organizations, also benefited by the increase in average technicians and the consequent decrease in skilled workers, as well as the incorporation of a group of specialties of greater social recognition and interest of the students and those of a pedagogical nature.
