These were the words of the President of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, on the Twitter social network when congratulating the Cuban Government and people, for the celebrations of this July 26, from the first hours of this day.
From different cities and towns of the world and with expressions of admiration, support and affection -both in social networks and through Cuban diplomatic missions abroad-, the world celebrated with Cuba, the Day of National Rebellion.
In the same way, other leaders echoed the celebration. Evo Morales, president of Bolivia, said in his Twitter account: "On the Day of Rebellion, celebrated on July 26 by the admirable people of Cuba, commemorates the great feat of the Assault on the Moncada Barracks, testimony of courage and dedication to defeat tyranny. Our tribute to the memory of Fidel Castro and the combatants ».
The date was also celebrated by the Vietnam-Cuba Friendship Association, who joined the congratulatory messages sent last Thursday to their Cuban counterparts and the people of the island, on the occasion of the 65th anniversary of the assault on the Moncada barracks.
By the way, the secretary general of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Nguyen Phu Trong, conveyed his congratulations to the First Secretary of the Communist Party of Cuba, Raúl Castro.
Likewise, President Tran Dai Quang and Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc sent their congratulations to the President of the Councils of State and Ministers of the Caribbean nation, Miguel Diaz-Canel.
Also the President of the National Assembly, Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan, and the Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Pham Binh Minh, sent congratulatory messages to their Cuban counterparts.
The facts of the Moncada were also evoked at the headquarters of the Embassy of Cuba in Switzerland, where a meeting of the collective of the diplomatic mission with the Swiss-Cuban Solidarity Association (ASC) took place on Saturday, July 21.

From Managua, the Cuban ambassador Juan Carlos Hernández Padrón, announced that the Sandinista Youth organized an activity that included music, a documentary about Fidel and the Centennial Generation and a conversation to exchange on the meaning of the Day of National Rebellion.
The Cuban diplomat was invited in the early hours of the morning to a live exchange on Channel 4 television, which he described as an opportunity to address the meaning of July 26 and the new constitutional project, educational development and cultural solidarity of Cuba and international solidarity, and condemn the economic, commercial and financial blockade of the United States Government against our country.
"Thanks Nicaragua, for allowing us to enter their homes and let them know our truth, often silenced by the big media," said Hernández Padrón through his official Facebook account.
