The science game joins the activities for the upcoming November 19th, Day of Physical Culture and Sports, with the announcement of an online event for students, teachers and university workers.
The date of this festival to celebrate such athletic movement coincides with the birth of José Raúl Capablanca, the only world champion that Cuba has within the chess scene in all its history.
According to the organizers, in order to register, it must be shown any evidence of ties to any of the Cuban university venues; besides, each center may present up to three groups that must be completed by November 15th.
The games will be at three minutes without an increase in seconds after each set, while the elimination system will be known after the technical meeting, scheduled for the 17th. This will allow a further democratization in virtual practice which every day gains more followers in the world of 64 squares.
