FCBC's first Forum of Science and Technology in Holguín

The subsidiary of the Cuban Fund for Cultural Property in Holguín held the first Forum of Science and Technology, dedicated to the historical leader of the Revolution Fidel Castro and Ernesto Che Guevara, considered the Honorary President of the Association of Innovators and Rationalizers, as well as the 300 anniversary of Holguín town.

Workers have carried out numerous innovations in the field of technology through the years in order to strengthen the entity and make it more efficient and competitive.
The first Forum of Science and Technology allowed to present the results that have contributed this year to distinguish the Fund as a National Vanguard Collective, for its trajectory and the fulfillment of the missions entrusted by the Party and Government in the territory.

A total of 13 works were evaluated by the jury composed of Nirma Carballosa, main specialist of the subsidiary; María Eugenia Torres, CITMA specialist and Alexis Rodríguez, first vice president of the ACAA. Eduardo Alfonso Sablón deserved the category of Relevant for the artisanal art method used in the creation of awards, distinctions and decorations, while Manuel Arias received Outstanding for the equipment recovery in the manufacture of art books by the Papyrus Publishing House.

The Forum of Science and Technology is an event promoted by the management of the Cuban Fund for Cultural Property in Holguín, it serves as a tool to mobilize the group in order to provide technical and technological solutions that increase the efficiency of the entity and also recognize their creators.
