The service of Internet connection via mobile data began in Cuba as part of a gradual process of suitability that will begin by telephone numbers that start with 52 and 53.

In order to enable this offer it is necessary to have a phone with access to 3G technology, so as to have used it at some time this year on the frequency of 900 MHz.

Subscribers already recognized by the network with these characteristics will be able to acquire the package of their preference, without having to go to a commercial office, by dialing * 133 # from their own telephone and following the menu options; the cost will be subtracted from the main account of the mobile service.

For those users who have not been able to connect so far even with a cell phone with the aforementioned features, if they are interested in accessing the service, they should configure the Nauta APN, activate the data from a 3G coverage and make a first connection.

The Telecommunications Company of Cuba S.A has considered different ways for the payment of this service, among them there are packages that range from 7 to 30 convertible pesos, and these will not require neither new contracts norgoing to commercial offices, but it is necessary having credit on the telephone or connecting to the ETECSA portal, to the user Nauta or MiCubacel.

On Friday, customers can access with telephones with numbers 54 and 55; and on Saturday those of 56 and 58, later interested parties may do so from any number with the conditions mentioned above.
