In the school year that is about to begin, the new formation of teachers and professors of Art Education will take place at the Pedagogical School José Martí Pérez, one of the measures aimed at renewing the teaching force demanded by the study centers.

To the training curriculum of this facility, where students are prepared in 8 specialties related to teaching in children's education and basic secondary, will be added 4 specialties of artistic education: Plastic and Music for Primary and Visual-Theatrical and Musician-Dancer for level medium.

In addition, the school year will begin with a broad and sufficient bibliographic body to support the practical classes of each of the disciplines. As for the resources necessary for the development of teaching, they have three small boards and four mirrors for the specialty of dance and theater, as well as 135 guitars and 8 pianos for music lessons.

Likewise, the 5 premises for general training are ready, which receive maintenance and repair actions related to hydraulic installations, in order to achieve their opening in optimal conditions.
